So today I sit down in my recliner and for the fun of it went and saw what was streaming on Freevee. Low and behold, one of the greatest Sunday night television shows while I was growing up is on there. "CHiPs". I know. I know. It also aired on Thursday and Saturday until it found it's home on Sunday. How or why do I remember Sunday night...we would take our baths, get our school clothes ready, and then watch Ponch and Jon chase the bad guys.
Anywho.....so I am watching and here comes my 2 year old Grandson. he climbs on my lap and for the next hour or so is enthralled watching it. How can this show hold his attention and not be Paw Patrol, Bluey, or whatever else toddlers watch? The 20 plus car pile ups in the opening? The motorcycles? The constant movement of the freeway scenes? I don't know. Just happy one of my Grandchildren seemed to like the show as much as I do.
